Squarespace Collection is an award-winning series in which Squarespace partners with the world's most creative minds to develop signature website designs. For the fifth edition, we collaborated with renowned French chef Mory Sacko to design an online experience for his acclaimed Michelin-starred restaurant Mosuke — and HÉRON, an exclusive new template inspired by the website for others to use and tell their own stories.

As a chef known for his exploratory and imaginative approach to cuisine, Sacko needed the Mosuke site to embody that same identity and intention. To honor this, we created a flexible, functional design inspired by the five senses that embodies Mosuke’s atmosphere.
